PRIVATE CYCLING HOLIDAYS · SINCE 2010

One group. One trip. Yours.

We don't run cycling camps. We design private holidays for groups who want to ride the routes a guidebook will never publish, sleep in hotels with character, chosen one by one, and end the day at a table we know.

Musette Travel is a boutique cycling-holiday company in Lagos, Portugal. We run private trips for groups of six or more, guided or self-guided, across the Costa Vicentina, the western Algarve and the Alentejo, from February to June and September to November.

WHAT IS TAKEN CARE OF ON A GUIDED TRIP

Something always happens on a trip. We won't promise you a perfect week. We promise that when something happens, it is already being handled.

  • Hotels with character, chosen one by one
  • Current-generation bikes, fitted before you arrive, booked with the trip and priced separately
  • A guide and a support vehicle on every ride
  • Lunches and dinners included, chosen by who cooks them
  • Luggage that beats you to the next hotel
  • A mechanic on call, one group shuttle
  • One person answering: the founder, before and during your trip

Self-guided: the same hotels, routes and transfers; you ride without guide or van and eat where you like.

A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER

Jerom Pannier, founder of Musette Travel, adjusting the stem of a road bike beside the Musette van

I grew up where the Tour of Flanders is decided, spent years chasing snow and surf around the world, and came to the Algarve to live outside. Since 2010 I've been designing cycling holidays here, the ones I'd want for my own friends. That's what you're booking.
